What to include
Include your name, account email, booking number when applicable, and a short description of the problem. Never send your password, OTP, full card number, CVV or Razorpay credentials.
Response and complaints
Support enquiries are reviewed through the administrator panel. Payment and lesson complaints should be raised promptly so that any eligible teacher earning can remain held during review.
