Marketplace service
Prakash Learning provides a platform where students can find verified teacher profiles, communicate through protected chat, select published lesson times and pay for lessons. Teachers remain responsible for the quality and lawful delivery of their teaching services.
Accounts and conduct
Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials and use the platform lawfully. Contact details must not be exchanged through protected chat. Harassment, fraud, impersonation, unsafe conduct and misuse of learning materials are prohibited.
Teacher verification
Teacher profiles are published only after administrative review. Verification reduces risk but is not a guarantee of outcomes, suitability or uninterrupted availability. Students and guardians remain responsible for selecting an appropriate teacher.
Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed only after the platform verifies the payment with Razorpay. Lesson fees, platform Handling charges, refund deductions and payout timing are shown or governed by the marketplace settings applicable to the booking. Teacher earnings can remain held during the feedback or complaint window.
Lessons and disputes
Students and teachers should join on time and use the booked classroom. Complaints should be submitted promptly with accurate information. Prakash Learning may hold earnings, investigate activity, suspend accounts, release eligible earnings or approve a refund according to the circumstances and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific disputed lesson, except where a limitation is not legally allowed.
